Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but please note that we only offer refunds for items that are defective or damaged. All other sales are final.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at lookharvester@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at lookharvester@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. If approved, we will issue a refund or offer a replacement. We will also cover the return shipping for defective or damaged items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, you must go through the return process (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is approved. Exchange availability is subject to current stock, and customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was defective.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must still meet the return conditions stated above.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items. If your return is approved, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
